Starting pay is $12.60 per hour with two pay increases during the first year: $13.30 after 6 months, $14.00 after 1 year. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and 401(k) with company match.

Route serves: 315 COLONNADE BLVD, STATE COLLEGE, PA, .

Weekly average hours: 5 hours per week, with potential to rise to 15 hours during holidays.

• Service assigned retail locations by merchandising, organizing product orders, and displaying products.
• Maintain a clean backroom and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with store management regarding service or scheduling questions.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment using time‑management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers during daytime hours.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using company‑issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team, including availability for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.

No experience necessary; training will be provided.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• English language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, as the route spans multiple locations.
• Reliable internet access for job information and updates.
• Technological competency and ability to use a company‑provided tablet.
• Availability for occasional weekends and the day before/after major holidays.

The job requires standing, walking, stooping, squatting, and handling fixtures up to 40 pounds. A step‑stool may be used for some tasks. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
