Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's
Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 – $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Prior retail and/or management experience required.
- Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
