Job SummaryWe are looking for a Line Cook who is passionate about preparing and cooking food for our guests to Perkins standards. You’ll help provide each guest with an awesome dining experience through your passion and commitment to preparing quality food at its best.
Responsibilities- Prepares menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Ensures food presentation meets standards and is appealing to guests
- Monitors inventory and advises when additional prep work is needed
- Communicates effectively with others regarding ticket times, potential service problems, and other issues as they arise
- Maintains a clean and stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices
- All other duties as assigned
- Prior line cook experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
