The application fee is $50, and there is a nonrefundable $40.00 application fee for each applicant 18 years of age or older.

• If an applicant is using a guarantor/co-signer to help qualify, Continental Real Estate Mgmt., Inc. reserves the right to obtain credit reports on each guarantor/co-signer as well.

• Continental Real Estate Management, Inc. does not discriminate based upon an applicant’s or guarantor's source of income.
• Proof of earnings and/or income is required for all applicants and guarantors.
• Applicants and guarantors/co-signers who are self-employed must provide their most recent filed tax return and the most recent three months' bank statements.
• Unverified income will not be considered.

• Certain dog breeds are not permitted, including Rottweilers, Dobermans, and pit bulls.
• Rent will be increased $50.00 per month for the first pet and $25.00 per month for each additional pet.

• All application fees must be paid in full, and all applications must be verified and approved.
• Applicants must provide necessary forms of identification and sign a rental or lease agreement.
• A security deposit is required.
