We obtain credit reports for all applicants.A $10.00 nonrefundable fee applies for each credit report.If using a guarantor/co-signer, credit reports may also be obtained for them.Income Criteria
We do not discriminate based on income source.Proof of income is required for all applicants and guarantors.Self-employed applicants must provide recent tax returns and bank statements.Verification is required for income from Social Security, disability, child support, or alimony.Unverified income will not be considered.Pets
Prohibited breeds include Rottweilers, Dobermans, and any 'pit bull' type breeds (e.g., American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, etc.). No exceptions.Pet rent is $50.00/month for the first pet, plus $25.00/month for each additional approved pet.Pets are on a month-to-month basis; privileges can be revoked if a pet becomes a nuisance.Approval and Move-In Conditions
All application fees are paid, and applications are verified and approved.Applicants provide valid photo supporting documentation (e.g., visa, I-20).Security deposit is received.Lease agreements are signed by all approved parties.Consumer Notice

- Owner/landlord
- Employee of the owner/landlord
- Agent under a management or leasing agreement
