Continental Real Estate Management, Inc. is seeking applicants for a rental property located at 702 North Atherton Street, State College, PA 16801.

The application fee is $50, and each applicant 18 years of age or older must completely fill out and sign their own application. A nonrefundable $40.00 application fee for each applicant is required, and a $10.00 nonrefundable fee for each credit report will be charged.

• Each applicant must provide proof of earnings and/or income.
• Self-employed applicants must provide their most recent filed tax return and the most recent three months' bank statements.

Continental Real Estate Management, Inc. obtains credit reports for all applicants and reserves the right to obtain credit reports on each guarantor/co-signer.

• Certain dog breeds, including Rottweilers, Dobermans, and pit bulls, are not permitted as pets in our rental properties.
• Rent will be increased $50.00 per month for the first pet and $25.00 per month for each additional pet approved by the landlord.

• All application fees must be paid in full, and all applications must be verified and approved.
• Applicants must provide necessary forms of identification, including photo  documentation.
• The required security deposit must be received, and a rental or lease agreement must be signed by all approved applicants and/or guarantors/co-signers.
