• Active LPN license
• Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
• BLS required
• Previous outpatient or weight management experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic setting

• Provide nursing support in outpatient weight management clinic
• Obtain vitals, weights, and health histories
• Administer medications and injections as ordered
• Assist with exams and minor procedures
• Educate patients on diet, lifestyle, and treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and report changes
• Document care accurately in the EMR
• Maintain clinic flow and exam room readiness
