• Provide direct nursing care while supervising nursing assistants and coordinating with other staff.
• Ensure resident care plans are followed and collaborate with physicians on treatments and therapies.
• Administer medications, monitor residents’ conditions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support staff development through training, evaluations, and continuing education.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming care areas for residents and staff.

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in this state.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and manage fast-paced nursing duties.

• Dynamic, fast-paced nursing environment with occasional on-call or extended hours.
• Exposure to infectious materials, cleaning chemicals, and physically demanding tasks.
