We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality care and leadership as part of our dedicated nursing team.

• 2p–10p
• 10p–6a

• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Supervise and assist nursing assistants to ensure quality care and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain clear, complete, and accurate documentation in resident records.
• Foster a positive, compassionate, and team-oriented environment.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active, unencumbered LPN license in this state.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Compassion and patience when working with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform essential nursing duties.

• Fast-paced clinical environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
• Exposure to infectious materials, cleaning agents, and physically demanding tasks.
• May include weekend, holiday, or occasional extended hours as needed.
