A leader in the manufacturing of industrial/commercial residential and transportation applications building products has a critical and urgent need for leadership out of a “Heavy” industrial manufacturing environment Steel, Aluminum, Automotive and related industrial manufacturing environments.
Our client’s manufacturing facility has been recently expanded and is one of the most profitable plants within the divisions. The plant employees 340 employees and has over 500,000square feet of continuous manufacturing processes.

Keys to the Position- Must have Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering leadership out of a “Heavy” industrial manufacturing environment Steel, Aluminum, Automotive and related industrial manufacturing environments.
- MUST HAVE extensive industrial manufacturing equipment knowledge and experience that includes:
- Ability to recommend and justify most efficient use of existing production equipment.
- Provide new equipment justification based on labor and material savings.
- Plant-level maintenance and reliability performance, ensuring TPM systems are deployed effectively.
- MUST HAVE strong industrial manufacturing process experience that includes:
- Responsible for the manufacturing process of new and existing products including ergonomic assessment, productivity improvements, manufacturing ability, and cost improvements.
- Implement automation and digital manufacturing solutions aligned with corporate strategy to improve consistency and labor productivity.
- Capital Projects experience that includes:
- Experience with capital projects, managing multiple projects, understanding of Bill of Materials and routings along with ergonomic issues throughout the facility.
