• Each applicant 18 years of age or older must completely fill out and sign their own application.
• A nonrefundable $40.00 application fee for each applicant is required.
• Applicants MUST SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FEE ONLINE.
• Current applicants' spouse, and current tenants who are applying for a new unit will need to submit payment.

• Continental Real Estate Management, Inc., obtains credit reports for all applicants.
• A $10.00 nonrefundable fee for each credit report is charged.
• If an applicant is using a guarantor/co-signer to help qualify, credit reports on each guarantor/co-signer may be obtained.

• Continental Real Estate Management, Inc., does not discriminate based upon an applicant’s or guarantor's source of income.
• Proof of earnings and/or income is required for all applicants and guarantors.
• Self-employed applicants must provide their most recent filed tax return and the most recent three months' bank statements.
• Documentation is required to support or verify income from Social Security, Social Security Disability, child support, or alimony payments.
• Unverified income will NOT be considered.

• Certain dog breeds are not permitted, including Rottweilers, Dobermans, and pit bulls.
• Rent will be increased $50.00 per month for the first pet and $25.00 per month for each additional pet.

• All application fee(s) must be paid for in full, and all applications must be verified and approved.
• All applicants must provide necessary forms of identification.
• The required security deposit must be received.
• A rental or lease agreement must be signed by all approved applicants and/or guarantors/co-signers.
