As an On-Call Mental Health Delegate within our County Programs team, you ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in crisis by coordinating emergency mental health services. This position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, confident working independently, and passionate about helping people access the right care at the right time.

Starting Rate: $20/hour, time engaged

• Provide emergency mental health delegate services across Centre County
• Coordinate inpatient care and hospitalization when needed
• Communicate with local crisis providers, emergency services, and hospitals
• Ensure individuals are advised of their rights during the process
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Advocate for access to appropriate care and support

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in the human services field
• Ability to remain responsive, ethical, and organized in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This position is based in Centre County
, Pennsylvania. Work is primarily remote with periodic community-based responsibilities.

Shifts are offered on a rotating per diem schedule and may include:

Overnight Shift (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM) and weekend coverage

Weekend and holiday availability
