Overview
Part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position assessing, diagnosing, treating, and preventing communication and swallowing disorders in patients' homes. Work with cognitive-communication and swallowing issues caused by stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.

- Documenting patient progress in the health system
- Current SLP license
- Valid driver’s license
