Polysomnograpic Technician

We are seeking a Polysomnographic Technician to perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis, and associated interventions under the general oversight of a clinical director (MD, PhD, DO) or designee. This role requires precision, adherence to clinical standards, and the ability to support patient care in a specialized sleep study environment.

• Conduct polysomnographic testing and analysis in accordance with established protocols.
• Perform interventions as directed by the clinical director or designee.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document findings and support clinical staff with patient care needs.

• Associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography, or successful completion of a polysomnography program of at least one year duration from a state-licensed or nationally accredited educational facility.
• Equivalent experience with documented proficiency in all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technician.
• Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.

• Additional technical training or certifications in sleep medicine or related fields.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification meeting American Heart Association standards (renewed every two years).
• Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (or equivalent).
