Pay: $44,000-$46,000 per year, with a chance to earn more.

Are you seeking a flexible schedule and meaningful work? Cen Clear's Family Based Mental Health (FBMH) program needs dedicated therapists to help families stay together, build resilience, and access essential supports. Our strength-based, in-home approach focuses on preserving family unity and preventing out-of-home placements.

As a therapist, you'll provide case management, crisis intervention, and clinical therapy for individuals aged 4 to 21, working closely with a treatment team. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to truly make a difference.

• Provide direct clinical therapy, case management, and crisis intervention.
• Maintain documentation and administrative records.
• Participate in personal and professional development.
• Be available for on‑call needs.
• Work 40 hours per week, year‑round.

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field including psychology, counseling or social work.
• Training in family therapy and specifically Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) is a plus.
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate.
