RN ICU, PCU

• Deliver continuous, comprehensive assessments for critically ill patients to support optimal outcomes
• Perform detailed health histories and physical assessments, identifying and prioritizing patient needs based on actual or potential life-threatening conditions
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care driven by ongoing assessments and patient response
• Manage complex, life-threatening conditions in alignment with Mount Nittany Medical Center policies and AACN standards
• Proactively implement interventions to maintain airway and ventilation, hemodynamic stability, and cardiac rhythm
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support discharge planning and ensure appropriate referrals
• Maintain an accurate, prioritized problem list that evolves with patient needs
