Base Pay Range
$75.00/hr - $84.00/hr
Duration: 3 months (Possibly Extension)
Shift Times: Two shift times are available. Evening shifts are 8‑hour shifts starting between 11:00 and 13:30 and include weekend work. Day shifts start between 6:00 and 9:00 am and also include weekends.
Position SummaryThe Clinical Staff/Ambulatory Pharmacist provides comprehensive patient care services through inpatient pharmacy functions, including but not limited to order entry/verification, medication checking/dispensing and other pertinent tasks that ensure safe and effective use of medications Biblia. The Pharmacist may also rotate into ambulatory roles such as Anticoagulation clinic services, oncology or other areas as determined by Manager.
The Clinical Staff/Ambulatory Pharmacist will be involved in patient care activities supporting a variety of patient populations, ranging from geriatrics to pediatrics.
Minimum Requirements EducationBachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
ExperienceRecent hospital experience preferred. If rotating to an ambulatory position: pharmacy residency experience preferred.
LicenseCurrent license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy or eligible for reciprocation in Pennsylvania.
