, you’ll provide the essential background for financial advisors nationwide, ensuring their success through seamless execution and support.
State College, PA (in‑office position) What You’ll Be Doing
- Championing Operations: Supporting daily account maintenance and operational excellence
- Cultivating Relationships: Building strong, trusted relationships with our national network of financial advisors
- Navigating Success: Serving as the expert guide for advisors through complex paperwork and custodian process
- Optimizing the Future: Collaborating to sharpen our systems, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall client experience
- Precision Focus: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Articulate Communication: Clear, confident and professional communication—both written and verbal.
- Proactive Ownership: A self‑starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
- Tech Fluency: Comfortable with navigating technology, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
- Background: Familiarity with Redtail (or other CRMs) and experience in finance, banking, or wealth management is helpful, but not required.

- This is a full‑time in‑office salaried position; 8:00am-5:00pm with opportunity to flex your hours after 1 year

Salary/Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
