PositionSummary
This opportunity is located in State College, PA. Located in the heart of State College, PA, PFG is seeking a dedicated Administrative Specialist to join our elite team of three professionals. This is a critical role designed for a high-achiever who thrives on organizing a diverse workload and possesses the drive to own their daily responsibilities with total independence.
Duties and Responsibilities- Execute client/advisor service requests with precision and proactive follow-up activities
- Field incoming calls and emails, working independently to research and resolve client inquiries
- Processing new business, service requests, and opening of accounts
- Schedule client review meetings to maintain client relationships
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of notes within our client database
- Act as an established, consummate professional both internally with our team and externally with clients and the public
- Ensure confidentiality with respect to all information pertaining to clients and potential clients
- Other duties as assigned to support the growth and efficiency of the firm
- High degree of honesty, integrity, and a relentless work ethic
- Drive for follow-through on tasks from start to finish with unwavering accuracy
- Keen attention to detail and ability to think on your feet in a dynamic environment

- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in finance, economics, business or related field)
- 3+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

- This is a full-time in office salaried position; 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Competitive compensation based on experience

Salary/Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
