We are looking for a part time Guest Service Representative to join our team. This person will report to the Slot Shift Supervisor
Essential Functions
- Monitors guest service throughout an assigned area of the casino floor, responding promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
- Circulates throughout an assigned area of the casino floor to support profitability, enhance guest satisfaction, strengthen team performance, and ensure compliance with all PGCB regulations.
- Ensure all guest related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled and rectified in a professional, timely manner and in accordance with departmental
- standards.
- Handle large sums of cash.
- Handle the payment of all manual, hand-paid slot machine jackpots.
- Answer questions related to slot machines as well as general property information.
- Promotes features of the player rewards program and assists in slot promotions, as required.
- Supports the Players Club by answering guest questions about the rewards program and creating and signing up new member enrollments.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems.
- Exchange large bills (currency) for smaller bills at the request of guests. Assist with additional technical and service issues, as required. Performs routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment as deemed necessary.
- Demonstrate abilities to meet performance expectations with Communications, Initiative/Problem Solving, Guest Service/Interpersonal Relations, Work Habits and Conduct, and Responsible Gaming/ Business Ethics.
- Consistently delivers exceptional guest service in every interaction.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
- Answer routine questions from co-workers.
- Lead completion of daily tasks within the department or work unit.
- Interact with others when necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service.
- Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
