Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Scranton, PA. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, resolving service issues, and assisting with employee benefits programs. The role may also involve coordinating client communication and providing support to the finance and operational teams.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to assist with account-related matters
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Prior experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
