The Construction Project Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations of a complex renovation project in State College, PA to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications. Core responsibilities include project planning, coordinating with contractors and vendors, managing project schedules, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This is a full-time, temporary, on-site position located in State College, PA.
Qualifications- Experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or Facilities Management
- Proficiency in Construction Project Management
- Strong skills in Budgeting and financial oversight of construction projects
- Organizational and time management capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
- Basic knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
