Wealth Services Coordinator – First Commonwealth Bank

As a Wealth Services Coordinator, you provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the First Commonwealth Advisors Business Unit. You deliver consistent support for new business sales and ongoing client relationship management, process daily transactions, support committees, prepare management reports, and assist with projects and daily tasks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including receipts, disbursements, bill pay, and trade support.
  • Compile data into management reports and make recommendations to the manager.
  • Respond to problems directed to the manager and follow through to satisfactory conclusion.
  • Prepare preliminary work on various future projects.
  • Handle special projects as directed, coordinating with relevant individuals.
  • Support the sales process for Trust Revenue Positions across all Advisor accounts, providing sales, service, and processing support for Relationship Managers, Client Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and Financial Advisors with daily tasks such as marketing, account and file maintenance, data entry, and monitoring rollovers and transfers.
  • Provide client and prospect communication support and assist in Book of Business segmentation by scheduling reviews and preparing documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and compliant.
  • Prepare and coordinate account review packets for account opening, closing, and administrative reviews.
  • Coordinate tax processing support.
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two (2) years of related experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and solid computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
