Join H&R Block, a global leader in tax compliance and financial services, as a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. In this role, you’ll greet clients, match them with the best‑suited tax professionals, and ensure a seamless client experience both in‑person and virtually.
What You’ll Bring- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients as they prefer.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
