You will welcome customers, help them find products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities may vary by department, including Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more.

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, or other activities
• Ability to lift minimally 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to department (e.g., hardware, plumbing)
