The position is for a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track instructor to teach online and/or face-to-face methods courses in math, science, and social studies in the elementary education teacher preparation program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Teach four undergraduate classes each semester in the Department of Teacher Education and Leadership.
- Advise elementary education majors.
- Participate in departmental activities as assigned.
- Demonstrate a high commitment to quality teaching.
- Work effectively with students and colleagues.
- Serve on departmental committees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in education with an emphasis in elementary education.
- Three years of teaching experience in grades K-6.
- Technology skills required for online instruction.
- Knowledge of program requirements for educators.
- Teaching experience in higher education.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with a diverse group of individuals.
Traditional classroom/office environment.
