The Program Coordinator for the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President will support the vision and mission of the Provost Office by managing projects, assisting with basic business functions, and providing basic office administrative support..

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or management and 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Knowledge of academic administrative operations, enrollment processes, and university business procedures.
- Skill in coordinating multiple projects, workflows, and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to monitor data, identify issues, and support decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, learn new systems, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- No or very limited physical effort required.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
