Location: Stanton, CA
Shift: Day Shift
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Summar
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Personnel to support accurate inventory tracking and stock control. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, counting, issuing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, label, and properly store incoming materials and products
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and inventory systems
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Prepare and issue materials for production or shipment
- Follow FIFO, safety, and warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams
- Assist with inventory reorganization and ERP system transition
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous inventory experience in a manufacturing setting required
- 3-5 years of inventory experience
- Basic computer skills; inventory software experience plus
- Strong attention to detail and accurate counting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained
- Experience with barcode scanners or ERP systems
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control best practices
