- Educate customers on extended auto warranty products
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed performance goals
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Auto industry knowledge a plus, but not required
- Base pay + commission structure
