We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to assist clients in improving their credit profiles through compliant dispute processes and credit education.
Responsibilities- Review credit reports from all three bureaus
- Identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items
- Prepare and manage dispute documentation
- Educate clients on credit-building strategies
- Maintain compliance with FCRA and CROA guidelines
- Track progress and update client records
- Knowledge of credit reports and scoring models preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client files
- Credit repair or financial services experience a plus
