Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

Reed Banking Division is currently representing a leading international bank with a strong presence in London. Our client is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) to join their dynamic team and help facilitate the next phase of growth About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the Corporate Banking business in a sustainable and profitable manner.

You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Banking to achieve team and individual KPIs, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, focusing on UK and Chinese background businesses. Drive revenue growth through cross-selling opportunities (loans, deposits, trade finance, FX, RMB business, etc.). Conduct credit analysis, pre-loan investigations, and manage post-loan processes. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a professional, collaborative culture. Requirements Degree holder or above.

Ideally fluent in Mandarin (and English) both written and spoken. Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK banking sector, with proven success in corporate client development. Strong credit analysis skills and ability to execute transactions independently. Excellent understanding of corporate banking products and procedures. Why Apply?
