Private Tax Adviser

Private Tax Advisor Spalding Up  to £50,000 A well-established Top 30 accountancy practice is looking to strengthen its private client tax offering with the appointment of a Private Tax Adviser. This role sits within a dedicated private tax team and offers exposure to a varied portfolio of individuals, families and owner-managed businesses. The position combines advisory and compliance work, providing an opportunity to build long-term client relationships while developing technically across a broad range of personal tax matters.

The firm promotes a collaborative culture with clear routes for progression and ongoing professional development. Role Responsibilities Deliver personal tax compliance and advisory services across a varied client portfolio. Manage personal workflows, deadlines and budgets effectively. Provide technical input on areas including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, trusts and allowances. Identify planning opportunities and potential areas of risk for clients.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing within the team. Liaise with managers and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. Personal Requirements ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified. At least one year of post-qualification experience in personal or private client tax. Solid technical knowledge across personal tax and related advisory work.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
