Finance Manager

Are you looking for your next challenge in 2026, I am recruiting a role for a Finance Manager working with one of Cambridge’s most prestigious organisations.

Going through a significant time of change this role will support the modernisation and approach to financial planning. You will be instrumental in the development and application of a new financial planning model for use across the whole organisation. You will contribute to the continuity and evolution of business-as-usual activity during the transition away from legacy financial planning and budgeting processes.

Experience of managing an accounting and finance team is essential as you will have 4 direct reports. Presenting complex financial information in ways to make it easily understood to both financial and non-financial stakeholders is an important part of the role. Knowledge of developing accounting tools to deliver an Activity Based Costing management accounting solution is also a key part of the role.

This position will suit someone that likes variety on a daily basis, enjoys building relationships has experience of statutory accounting and management accounting. This role reports directly to the head of FP&A.You will be a qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
