FP&A Manager/Financial Controller

Location:

London, Hybrid Working Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 Our client, a leading renewable energy group based in London, is seeking a driven and technically strong FP&A Manager to join their high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to for somebody making their first move into industry. Responsibilities:
Lead on the preparation and review of consolidated group financial statements Manage the quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with external audit requirements and regulatory obligations Provide insightful analysis and commentaries on group results for management and external reporting purposes Liaise with external auditors and advisors to support the smooth delivery of statutory and regulatory filings Partner with business units to ensure accurate financial information flows into consolidation and reporting processes Support group budgeting and forecasting cycles with technical input and variance analysis Contribute to continuous improvement projects, including systems, processes, and controls enhancements across reporting functions Provide technical IFRS guidance to the wider finance team and business where required

Role Requirements:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent) External audit experience is highly desirable Proven ability to manage reporting processes within large, international groups Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
