Birmingham Job Type: Full-time We are recruiting a seasoned Employment Tax specialist to strengthen our growing team based in Birmingham.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide mix of organisations, from independent businesses to larger companies, on diverse tax matters that require practical insight and clear technical judgment. Day-to-day of the role:
Lead advisory work across employment tax, including benefits, rewards, cross-border work forces, minimum wage considerations, and construction-related tax issues. Provide tax input on corporate transactions, ensuring employment-related risks and obligations are addressed effectively. Support, mentor, and upskill less-experienced team members as they progress in their careers. Take an active role in expanding the team’s presence across the region through relationship-building and market engagement.

Help shape how the employment tax service evolves by contributing ideas, improvements, and strategic thinking. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Professionally qualified, with solid experience in employment tax. Familiarity with international mobility topics is beneficial (knowledge of CIS is helpful but not essential). Strong communicator who can build trust and deliver clear guidance to clients at all levels. Someone who enjoys helping colleagues grow and feels confident leading by example. Collaborative, commercial, and motivated to play a part in developing a thriving practice.
