Tax Partner

REED Practice are seeking a CTA qualified Partner to join our prestigious UK Top 100 firm of Chartered Accountants. This role is based in modern, open-plan offices based in an excellent commutable location which also offers free parking. Day-to-day of the role:
Liaise with clients and manage their expectations effectively. Collaborate with general partners on complex mixed tax advisory issues. Delegate and train the team on the preparation of transaction documents related to company reorganisations, share schemes, property transfers, trusts, corporate sales and acquisitions, and demergers. Draft technical replies to HMRC enquiries. Manage the tax team, including conducting interviews and appraisals. Work with other partners to identify and drive special work on the portfolio.

Assist in attracting new clients to the business. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

CTA qualification is essential. Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience. Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation. Proven advisory skills and a desire to deliver excellent client service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and accounting packages. Experienced in managing risk in compliance work. Benefits:
