About the Role

The purpose of this role is to prepare and paint a variety of jobs for various customers, in the Paint Shop Department.

Key Responsibilities

* Must be able to work on their own initiative and be a team player within the paint shop

* Ensure completion of daily Paint Logs by the end of shift each day

* Ensure relevant processes on job packs are fully stamped up in line with the Quality Department instruction (QDI)

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience gained in an Aerospace paint shop background preferred but not essential as onsite training will be provided

* Proven experience in interpreting and understanding job pack data and specifications worked to

* A recognised apprenticeship/college course would be preferred but consideration will be given to the right applicant based on prior experience

* Right to work in the UK
