Retail Sales Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Chester Road Service Station, Stanley, County Durham DH9 0QD
.

• 16 hour contract on a rota basis between 6.00am to 10.00pm Mon to Sun

• Aged 18 or over due to petroleum regulations
• Must be flexible to work shifts between Monday to Sunday
• Right to work in the UK

• Authorise petrol pumps and monitor the forecourt
• Accurate handling of cash and card payments
• Serve and greet customers
• Carrying out the daily due diligence and food safety checks as per company policy
• Actively promote sales
• Stock replenishment and merchandising throughout the store
• Assist with cleaning duties to help maintain the store and forecourt to a high standard
• Receive and check deliveries
• Assist with food preparation and bakery products
