. This full‑time position requires a minimum commitment of two years and calls for onsite availability up to five days per week, with occasional evening and weekend hours.
- Serve as the primary contact with research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
- Assist with the screening, recruiting, and obtaining consent of study participants, reviewing medical records and conducting telephone or in‑person interviews as needed.
- Schedule subjects for appointments and provide reminders and other required communications.
- Perform clerical duties in the preparation of regulatory documents and maintain the study regulatory binder.
- Extract data from source documents, complete case report forms and electronic data capture (EDC) forms, and resolve database queries.
- Collect, process, and ship specimens in accordance with the clinical protocol and IRB.
- Assemble study kits for visits and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare, administer, and score study questionnaires and tests, performing quantitative review for completeness and accuracy.
- Participate in monitoring visits and regulatory audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Psychology, Neurosciences, or a related field.
- Experience working with databases such as REDCap and OnCore.
- Experience processing and shipping samples.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in interactions with patients and families.
- Knowledge of data‑related research and presentation of research data.
- Organized and capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
Two‑year college degree and two years of related work experience, or a bachelor’s degree with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities

- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification is preferred.
Physical Requirements- Frequent standing, walking, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, and fine grasping.
- Occasional sitting, reaching above shoulders, desk‑based computer tasks, telephone use, handwritten tasks, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 40 lb.
- Rarely kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and manipulating items weighing 40 lb or more.
Occasional evening and weekend hours; overtime as required.

The expected pay range for this position is $34.56 to $40.30 per hour.
