Freight Forwarder

Overview

Road Freight forwarder required for a freight forwarder in the Stanford-Le-Hope area. This is a growing freight forwarder role within the road department, covering both exports and imports. Monday – Friday, up to £35k.

• Ensure all air freight jobs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all customs declaration tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the operational system is used correctly and consistently.
• Liaise with HMRC and maintain customs procedures.
• Perform all standard road freight forwarder duties as required.

• Experience and knowledge of road freight forwarding.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding processes and documentation.

£35k per year (salary may be negotiable depending on experience).
