• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Meet daily packing quotas and productivity targets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Restock packing materials as needed
• Work collaboratively to meet daily shipping deadlines

• After training, warehouse associates are expected to maintain a packing speed of 80-100 packages per hour.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, write, and understand)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently throughout the shift
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with limited phone use during shifts
• Availability to occasionally work Sundays

• How soon can you start?
• This job requires standing for long periods and lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Are you physically able to perform these tasks every shift?
• Phone use is limited during shifts to maintain productivity. Are you comfortable with this expectation?
• Reliability is critical. Can you consistently arrive on time and work scheduled shifts, including occasional Sundays if needed?
• Have you previously worked in a warehouse or fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy were required?
• This role requires a strong sense of urgency and time management. How do you stay productive when working under time pressure? Any low effort answers will be instantly denied.
