Actimize Developer

Overview

An Actimize Developer designs, builds, and maintains financial crime prevention solutions (AML, Fraud, Trade Surveillance) using NICE Actimize software, involving configuration, custom coding (Java, SQL), rule/workflow development, system integration (APIs), and collaboration with business compliance teams to meet regulatory needs.

• Development:
  Configure and customize Actimize modules (AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, STAR) for AML, Fraud, and Trade Surveillance.
• Customization:
  Write custom plugins (Java), complex SQL, and create rules, workflows, DART layouts, and UI elements.
• Integration:
  Integrate Actimize with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and message queues.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with business analysts, compliance officers, and QA testers in Agile environments to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshooting/Support:
  Debug, resolve issues, and provide production support.
• Documentation:
  Create technical designs, installation guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Performance Optimization:
  Enhance system performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Experience with Actimize (RCM, AIS, SAM, IFM, STAR) and financial crime domains (AML, KYC, Fraud).
• Strong SQL, Java (for plugins), scripting, and database knowledge (Oracle, MS-SQL).
• Familiarity with application servers (Web Sphere, Tomcat).

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, analytical skills, teamwork, and adaptability.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (often required).
