Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour (Wide range based on skill level)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends)

Dibico Home Management is looking for a Service Technician who can fix anything. We manage high-end luxury homes in Stamford, and our clients rely on us to keep their properties perfect.

This isn't a "janitor" job. This is a skilled position for a problem solver. One day you might be patching drywall and painting; the next, you might be adjusting high-end cabinetry, replacing hardware, or helping a Project Manager with a remodel. If you have a solid construction background and take pride in being the "go-to guy," we want you.

• The Fixer: Handle "Punch List" items like drywall patches, paint touch-ups, trim repairs, and door adjustments.
• The Maintenance: Troubleshoot minor issues with windows, fixtures, and hardware before they become big problems.
• The Support: Assist our construction teams with general labor and site prep when needed.
• The Face: Communicate professionally with high-end homeowners (You are the face of the company inside their homes).

  You know your way around a job site and can use power tools safely.
• Versatility: You aren't just a carpenter or a painter—you can do a little bit of everything.
• Professionalism: You are clean-cut, reliable, and comfortable working in occupied luxury homes.
• Driver’s License: Valid license required to operate the company vehicle.
