Security Officer Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of office areas, common spaces, loading and service areas, parking locations, and the building perimeter, with working conditions that may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or property loss, and report concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or the appropriate contact.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, and fire alarms, and request additional support when needed.;
Document patrols, incidents, and customer requests in daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate relevant information during shift changes.
