Security Officer Vehicle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, tenant spaces as directed, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, observing and reporting unusual activity and conditions.;
Control access points by verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor check-in and directions, and monitoring deliveries and contractors in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, alarms, and requests for assistance, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete detailed shift activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to incoming personnel, and assist with monitoring cameras, alarms, and other property systems as assigned.
