Security Officer- Flex Unarmed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial property areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting conditions and reporting concerns;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or building systems when assigned, and communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with tenant concerns, medical calls, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related issues;
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, support post orders, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed
