Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance within the assigned territory, ensuring sales forecasts are met or exceeded by calling on primary care HCP offices and select PCs in person and virtually.
  • Develop superior product and disease‑state knowledge and effectively educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles.
  • Use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions to client needs in a compliant, ethical manner.
  • Operate independently with sales proficiency to meet or exceed therapeutic and territorial goals.
  • Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, sharing insights with relevant intra‑cellular stakeholders.
  • Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/regions.
  • Offer specialized education to providers through appropriate programs within ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan and capitalize on formulary approvals.
  • Share best practices with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists.
  • Maintain accurate administrative data for work hours, sales calls, customer objectives, and expense reporting.
  • Meet or exceed all NSR deliverables as outlined by company policy.
  • Create and build a compliant business plan based on customer needs and product resources.
  • Complete all required training within stipulated timelines.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities; the job description may change at any time without notice.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, valid driver's license, and safe driving record.
  • 1+ year documented success in B2B sales; prior experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices preferred.
  • Experience in antipsychotic or bi‑polar sales is a plus.
  • Passion for improving lives of patients and caregivers; patient‑centric mindset.
  • High integrity and adherence to Corporate Compliance policies.
  • Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial drive, excellent judgment, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt during changing environments like COVID‑19.
  • Agility in adopting tele‑medicine/virtual settings.
  • Analytical skills to assess progress and diagnose performance issues.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and listening abilities.
  • Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information.
  • Availability for meetings outside normal hours; occasional overnight travel required.
  • Domestic travel to headquarters and sales meetings may be needed periodically.
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
