An established commercial building services organization operating in one of the most active and competitive markets in the Northeast is seeking a senior-level Sales Executive to drive growth within its commercial HVAC service business. This role is ideal for a proven seller with deep experience in how commercial facilities buy HVAC services—someone who can own a territory, build long-term relationships, and consistently convert opportunities into profitable, recurring revenue.

What

you will be doing
  • Own and grow a defined commercial HVAC service territory across Connecticut and New York
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business with building owners, property managers, facility managers, and general contractors
  • Expand existing accounts through service agreements, renewals, and value-added upsell opportunities
  • Partner closely with service and operations leadership to ensure sold work is executed efficiently and profitably
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined follow-up
  • Represent the organization professionally in the market and at industry events
Experience you will need
  • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience within commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or related building services
  • Strong understanding of service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and project-based service work
  • Proven success selling into Class A commercial buildings, healthcare, education, industrial, or mixed-use facilities
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with operations and leadership teams
  • High integrity, sound business judgment, and a long-term, relationship-driven sales mindset
