We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to drive the growth of our solution. This is a B2B field-based role focused on selling to HR leaders, benefits decision-makers, and consultants. If you thrive in consultative selling and are passionate about healthcare innovation, we want to meet you.

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to track activity and pipeline progression through CRM and maintain forecasting accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Experience in the healthcare, benefits, point solutions, or insurance industry is a must

• Bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of business experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, and Salesforce
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

This position will be in person, 5 days a week in the office. There will also be travel associated with this role.
