RE is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our Stamford team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
• Support inventory management, restocking, and store operations as needed

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
